What does the local price include?
The campaign
One ready-to-distribute DL, A6 or A5 flyer up to 20 g per eligible letterbox. Includes route planning, GPS route records, progress updates and a completion summary. Printing, design, folding and assembly are excluded.
Accessible letterboxes accepting advertising only. We respect no-advertising signs and exclude unsafe or restricted locations without permission. Quantity does not promise every address in a suburb. GPS shows the route, not each deposit. No sales or response result is guaranteed.
The agreed window
Local travel from Hurlstone Park: up to 30 km return and one hour return per planned attendance. We agree your actual area, attendance plan, days, time windows and any hard deadline before booking.
Evening or weekend delivery is included only when expressly agreed. Agreed handover at the route start or reception point is included. Previously accepted quotations keep their agreed terms.
Handover, printer delivery or pickup?
Your printer can deliver directly to our agreed reception point. Confirm the campaign, quantity, weight, date and reception arrangements before shipping; we provide the delivery address privately. Agreed handover at the route start or reception point is included; separate pickup is quoted beforehand.
Spread-out houses, long approaches, slow access, commercial premises, distant areas, unusual material, separate pickup and extra journeys are quoted individually. The local table does not automatically apply to every suburb. No fee is added to an accepted scope without agreement.
Shared, urgent or repeat campaigns?
Tell us your requirements for a tailored written quote. A shared run needs two non-competing advertisers matched to the same eligible letterboxes and window. No match, urgent availability or automatic discount is assumed.
The quotation confirms the final total, payment milestones, changes, weather, cancellations, refunds and remaining stock. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Do you print the flyers?
No. You supply the final printed material. Your printer can deliver directly to our agreed reception point, or we can arrange a handover or collection. Confirm the campaign, quantity, weight, delivery date and reception arrangements before shipping; we provide the delivery address privately. Agreed handover at the route start or reception point is included; separate pickup is quoted beforehand. Printing, design, folding and assembly are excluded.
Can I book a small drop?
Yes. There is no minimum flyer quantity. The local exclusive minimum job price is $150, including quantities below 250. Tell us your quantity and area so we can confirm a suitable scope.
How does shared delivery work?
Two non-competing advertisers share the same run and eligible letterboxes. Shared campaigns are quoted individually per advertiser, for the same quantity. For example, 5,000 flyers each means the same 5,000 eligible letterboxes, not 10,000 households. Both bookings must be matched and confirmed. We do not automatically increase your confirmed price if the other advertiser withdraws.
How will I know what was done?
We provide progress updates and a completion summary using route records, supporting photos, quantities, exceptions and remaining stock. GPS records the route, not each individual deposit. Counts use bundle labels and stock records; they are not an independent audit of every household.
What if the weather or access changes?
We’ll contact you when a problem threatens the agreed delivery. Any material change to the area, window or price needs agreement. A hard event deadline is not automatically extended. The quote and service terms explain changes, cancellations, refunds and remaining stock; your statutory rights remain available.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Tell us your preferred dates and whether there is a hard event deadline. Days, time windows and planned visits are confirmed in the quote after checking capacity and stock readiness. Urgent options do not create automatic availability.
