Who this notice is about
This notice describes how Dropwell, the registered business name of the sole trader holding ABN 74 726 735 748, handles information connected with this website and our services. Contact us at dropwelldistribution@hotmail.com or 0493 534 571.
Your website enquiry
The enquiry tool prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a Dropwell web form server, store them in a website database, or save them in local storage. The tool keeps entered details in the current page only; your browser may separately retain or autofill form values under its own settings. If you open the email draft, your selected email application or service receives the prepared message. We receive it only if you send it to us. Copying the message is an alternative if you do not have an email app configured.
Please provide only relevant contact and campaign details. We do not request identity documents, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information through this page. Without enough contact or campaign information, we may be unable to prepare a useful quote.
Information we may receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, contact details, quantity, format, intended areas, dates and the content of your message or attachments. If you become a client, we also hold quotation, acceptance, billing, payment, stock, route and campaign records needed to provide the agreed service and administer the business.
How we use and share it
We use information to respond, prepare quotations, arrange handovers, fulfil and report on campaigns, manage accounts and resolve concerns. We do not sell enquiry information or automatically add you to a marketing list. Client-identifying messages, testimonials, artwork or route reports are not published as marketing without appropriate permission.
Where reasonably necessary, information may be processed by email, hosting, document-storage or accounting providers and professional advisers, or disclosed where required or authorised by law. We limit access and disclosure to what is relevant for the task.
Cookies, tracking and technical information
The Dropwell page does not set its own cookies or use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, third-party analytics, embedded maps, social feeds or externally loaded fonts. The enquiry tool does not use cookies or browser storage.
The hosting platform and infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and security logs, and may use cookies for security, access or authentication. This is separate from advertising tracking. Where a private preview requires sign-in, the platform’s sign-in and privacy terms also apply. Your browser or email service may handle information under its own settings and policies.
Because the page does not load optional advertising or analytics tracking, it has no advertising-cookie consent banner. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the controls will need to be reviewed before it runs.
Providers and overseas processing
We use a Microsoft email address and this version is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate; locations depend on the service used. Their own privacy policies describe their processing. We do not promise that every enquiry or technical log is stored only in Australia.

Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, campaign, accounts, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable precautions to restrict access and protect business records. No internet or email service can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Access, correction and concerns
You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request correction or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate way before sharing records. We will consider the request and explain any information we must retain or cannot provide. Email the address above with the subject “Privacy enquiry”.
Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not restricted by this notice. Information about Australian privacy rights and complaint pathways is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
This notice describes the site as reviewed on 1 November 2026. Changes to hosting, enquiry processing, analytics or business operations require a review. Changes do not authorise unrelated use of information already collected.
