BUSINESS INFORMATION / 1 NOVEMBER 2026
Service terms.
A clear agreement before the drop begins.
These are our standard service terms for reference. Your written quotation identifies the campaign, agreed scope, total, window, payment milestones and attachments. Sending a website enquiry does not confirm a booking or authorise payment. Read and retain the quotation and all its terms before accepting.
01. Agreement and scope
This quotation, its service terms and identified attachments form the agreement when accepted in writing before expiry. The supplier is Dropwell, the registered business name of the sole trader holding ABN 74 726 735 748. The campaign particulars and expressly agreed written variations define the work. Changes to area, quantity, timing or price require written agreement.
02. Flyers and quantities
The client supplies the final printed flyers by the agreed handover date and confirms authority to distribute the material. Printing and design are excluded unless expressly priced. Counts use supplied bundle labels and records of full and partial bundles, adjusted for damage and remaining stock; they are not an independently audited household count. Shared delivery requires two matched non-competing advertisers, with the agreed quantity and eligible letterboxes for each.
03. Eligible letterboxes and area
Deliver only to accessible letterboxes accepting advertising. Exclude letterboxes displaying no-advertising signs, unsafe locations and restricted buildings without permission. No dumping, forced entry or loose placement on gates or vehicles. Quantity does not guarantee every property in a suburb. If the area has insufficient eligible boxes, obtain client instructions before expanding it; agree the treatment of undelivered stock and any price adjustment.
04. Timing and disruption
The window and any hard event deadline are stated in the campaign particulars. If weather, access, late stock or a shared partner threatens completion, notify the client promptly and agree a workable plan. No automatic extension of a hard deadline, distribution after an event, or price increase because a shared partner withdraws. Discuss an agreed alternative or cancellation of unperformed work and any refund due; legal remedies remain available.
05. Reporting and campaign outcomes
Provide progress updates and a completion report with route record, quantity distributed, exceptions and remaining stock. GPS records the route travelled, not proof of a deposit in every letterbox. No particular sales, enquiries or event attendance is promised. This does not reduce the obligation to perform the agreed service with due care and skill.
06. Price and payment
Amounts are AUD. The supplier is not registered for GST and does not charge GST. The quotation states the total and payment milestones. An invoice provides payment details. Start after agreed stock and any lawfully due initial payment are received, subject to applicable statutory waiting periods. For overdue payment, give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before pausing unperformed work; discuss deadline impact. No automatic late fee.
07. Changes and cancellation
Notify the other party promptly of a requested change or cancellation. For a client change of mind, charge only for work performed and reasonable, evidenced costs directly caused by cancellation that cannot be recovered or avoided, with no double recovery. Refund unused payments after accounting for those amounts. If the supplier cancels, refund payments for unperformed work. Statutory rights take priority; no blanket non-refundable deposit applies.
08. Concerns and remedies
Contact dropwelldistribution@hotmail.com with the quote reference, area and issue. Investigate promptly and agree appropriate corrective action. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, its guarantees and remedies are not excluded, restricted or modified. Any legally required refund, cancellation or compensation remains available. Store credit is not a compulsory substitute for a refund owed by law. Additional statutory documents and cooling-off rights apply where required; this standard quotation does not replace them.
09. Stock and client information
Record unused stock and agree return, collection or retention instructions; do not discard it without permission. Use client details and route records to fulfil, report and administer the campaign and retain required business records. Do not publish identifying client material or route reports as marketing without consent.
Pricing and scheduling reference
The current price guide sets out eight local exclusive campaign totals for accessible residential routes and a flexible agreed window. The included scope is one ready-to-distribute DL, A6 or A5 flyer up to 20 g per eligible letterbox, planning, GPS route records, progress updates and a completion summary. Included local travel from Hurlstone Park is up to 30 km return and one hour return per planned attendance. The route, attendance plan, days, time windows and any hard deadline are agreed before booking. Evening or weekend delivery is included only when expressly agreed, with no automatic surcharge solely because of our own schedule. Slower or special routes, commercial premises, separate pickup, unusual materials, urgency, extra journeys, shared delivery and repeat campaigns require a specific written quote. Any additional cost is agreed before acceptance. Website updates do not retrospectively change an accepted contract.

Flyer handover and direct printer delivery
Ready-to-distribute flyers can be handed over, sent directly by your printer to our agreed reception point, or collected by arrangement. Confirm the campaign, quantity and weight, delivery date and reception arrangements before booking a shipment. We provide the delivery address privately once reception is agreed. An agreed handover at the route start or reception point is included in the local scope; any separate pickup or additional journey is quoted before acceptance. Printing, design, folding and assembly are excluded. Direct printer delivery does not imply unlimited storage or a walk-in premises.
